How to Protect Your Open Source Project from Poisonous People
I don't want any part of a community that isn't carefully fostering that. I have noticed Grok for example, is a great community, as these traits are present.

I was there sitting next to JJ, and I'd just like to second that. To me, it was the best talk at the whole Google IO conference.
I like the four traits of a healthy project:
humility
respect
politeness
trust
